You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking information to be updated. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, you could use above form to track your order. You can also contact BottleBottle Customer Service to track your order.

Why did I receive only part of my order sometimes?

Due to different stock locations, your order may be shipped from multiple warehouses.
If you receive only part of your order, please wait 2–3 days for the remaining items to arrive.
If you haven’t received them after that, please contact us.
